black holes v/s wormholes.

hii all. v know about blackholes as extremely concentrated point sources of gravity with zero dimensions...but are wormholes also the same?? i tries searchin d net but didnt get satisfactory results... and is it evev true that wormholes are exits of the universe? sum1 comment plsss
