Adsense problem.. help please..

Well i actually don't know if you can help. I had some problems with adsense and was banned for spamming even though I explained I had nothing to do with it. Now I have come across some blogsites you can get paid to blog for and they use google adsense, this means that I cannot use them right? Has anyone had problems with adsense and managed to assert it? Are there other profit bloggin ways except adsense? Please help me. Thanks
