How often should you update your blog?

i updated my blog, for every week or 2 weeks. it's depend on my mood. i think ,that i cannot do like you do. here this is my blog: http://blogman07.bravejournal.com

I think its completely up to you how much or how little you blog. I usually blog every day and as I long as I can come up with fresh content, I don't see a big problem in this. As long as my readers are happy, then I know I'm doing something right.

I found a guideline about writing blogs some time ago that said you shouldn't make too many posts in a week, and that it is considerred 'flooding'. The guy said you should give your readers time to 'keep up' with your posts, every single of it. Hence, when you write a long entry, maybe you could spare a time gap before your next entry. While if you write a short entry, then you might write the next entry only a while after that, like a day after? But then, i had also found some other bloggers who said you should write 'everyday'. But then, i think you can think for yourself what's best for your blogs, based on these. ;)

I am also a blogger and i also add feed on my blog but the truth is i do not know what is the purpose of feed in my blog. Can you tell me what is all about i am a novice to this, hope you can help me.

as long as i'm online.. i'm updating my blog with new a post everyday.. but for sure.. not on sundays.. its only when i'm at the office when i got to be online.. and that's the only time that i am updating my blog.. and updating almost everday would not be too much for it juz onl let your readers know that you are really into blogging.. and you really are into sharing your experience to them.. right? juz don't forget to visit your blogmates also for them to have a reason to go back and back to you site..^^ http://kravre.solitary-cross.net
