Getting a good education and good grades does not ensure a JOB ?

No. If somebody has the experience of working within that job they will be much more efficient than somebody who has just come out of a ‘drink-all-you-can’ education system. ;)

Yes i agree with this comment because i've seen people who got good grades and are quite educated but are not getting good job that they really want !! So i will agree with this comment!!

I agree with you, It's grades does not guarantee you a better job, alhtough at some time it can be a plus factor.

that is right.it all have to do with your level mindset why wait for a job to come?while not creat one? this is the reason why unemployment is on the increase in my country.but we are sure to survive

Of course. Being educated and intelligent has very little to do with whether you can get a job. Plenty of smart people are out of work for reasons beyond their control. Further, a lot of jobs require you to be less than intelligent, because the work is boring, repetitive, and meaningless.

It does ensure a job. I know plenty of people that have BA, BS and Masters degrees and they are not working in the field they went to school for or making the amount of money they thought the would be making.

yeah you are right. For a good job you also need to have good luck. And you need to make right choice in your career.

I agree. I got straight A's all through High School, went on to college and acheived a 3.75 GPA in studying psychology and now I am an administrative assistant making hardly nothing. It sucks!
