do you believe that rama strictly adopted "monogamy"?

There are verses in Ramayana, which make a reasonable inference that Rama had several wives, contrary to the common belief of his being EEKA PATNI VRATA (Adhering only to one wife principle)? Do you think he had only one wife and one arrow?

YES. may be there are different versions of the ramayana, but all will agree on the love that sprung between the two, rama and seeta. and in all the idealsm that is depicted all over in ramayana there is very little doubt in rama's monogamy, the reason of the ramayana.
