fee problems of students and university attitude

i read in comsats university (abbottabad) i have some problems .therefore,i don't pay my half fee.i have already paid the half fee.and the director of this university has not allowed me to sit in exam.this is the problem of my carrier.i meet the director and and told him about my problem.and told him give me three days i shall paid my fee in those days.but he don't agree.u people told me what can i do it's the question of my carrier.
