Why do senior members in mylot earn more than the new commers?Is it fair?

i am a new member to mylot and my friends are old members of mylot.They earn twice than me.Is there any reason of their earning or mylot cares more about its old members.what do u guys have to suggest about this can u guys give the right answer?

im not new to mylot but im not old here either, i don't earn as much as an old person in mylot would, i don't think it goes by wether your new or old, it goes by your postings and ratings!
