what u do before sleep ????????

There are loads of thing that i do before going to sleep put my cell on charging switch on the radio and make it volume slow so that i can sleep and it works as a background music pray to god and thanks god... and drink water and then i got to sleep... Bo before i send a flying kiss to the one i love

I brush my teeth and I pray. I brush my teeth because I don't like to wake up with my teeth feeling all cruddy. I pray because I like to have one last chance to communicate with my Creator. Its like saying goodnight to your family.

i will do my prayer or atleast i will meditate on my bed before i go to sleep!!!

i take my evening medication, brush my teeth, listin to some music, nothing too wild thanks!

I play bomberman on my mobile phone ^_^ Got into abit of a routine and now my brain seems to recognise it as sleep time lol.
