When my cat was a kitten, he had the runs really, really bad. It was so bad that when he went to run from the lounge to the laundry to use hit litter, he left a trail behind, most of it being on my x's feet as he jusmped over them to get passed. I have never laughed so hard. But in the past 7 yrs he has done some really funny stuff.

My cat used run from one side of the house ot the other and back at full speed just for the fun of it. One day I was changing a cassette on my stereo and had the clear glass door open. I left the door open and returned to the couch. My cat came running through at full speed and must not have seen the clear glass door in front of him because he hit it full speed and bounced back about 2 feet. His brains were clearly scrambled because he slowly shook his head for about 10 seconds and rolled around and looked at me like "What the hell happened?" I laughed so hard that I cried.

I have to say my cat, Indy (born on the 4th of July) did the funniest thing in the world last week. There are 2 doors to my bathroom, one from the kitchen and one from my bedroom. Well, Indy jumped from my headboard to the top of the door from my room. I didn't know she was there and neither did my 15 year old son. My son came into the bathroom from the other door and when he reached for my door to close it Indy reached down with one paw and swated at his head. He jumped 2 feet off the floor, fell backwards and hit the sink knocking all his shaving and haircare stuff on the floor. Indy just looked at him like "what's your problem?"

My cat will play with anything on the floor. A piece of fuzz, a piece of tape, a thread. Then she will dance around it, tail all puffy and big and run back and fourth like its a toy. She even plays with pens too. Then she will take off running all of a sudden up the stairs and through the upstairs hallway. You can hear her run and stop and suddenly does her meowing. She starts meowing cause she LOVES her own voice! Pretty funny indeed. Gotta love her. And she is 14 (15 in June!) and not even showing she is old! Too funny!

Hi there...my friends seem to think it's funny that I have one cat who sings (it sounds like different tones like singing) prior to using the human toilet to go #2. He's always done since learning how to use the toilet ...and then flushes when he's done using the toilet.

At home the matriarch of our cats is a white harlequin named Hermit. She's such a prima donna that the first time she had kittens, my sister's boyfriend had to deliver them, then she stared at the kittens and moved to the corner of the box as if she was wondering what they were and were they going to bite her. Then the kittens grew bigger and one day they got out of the box and came out into the hallway of our house, slipping and sliding on their unsteady legs on our cement floor. Instead of picking them up by the scruff of the neck the way mother cats do, Hermit came running to our living room and meowed at us like she was scolding, so we went to see what was the matter. She led us to her kittens, then looked at them, looked at us, and meowed, sounding like "now you put them back where they belong, cause I am not gonna carry those brats!" Then sometime later, the whole family went to the beach for the day. Hermit could get in and out of the house because the windows were open, but her kittens couldn't. We left some food and water for her, but somehow she must have felt neglected because when we came home, she was sitting on the doorstep waiting for us and began to meow as if scolding us. When my mom opened the door, the kittens were waiting. Hermit herded them out of the house towards the gate, stopping every few steps to look over her shoulder at us and meow as if she was scolding us, then scold her kittens too. She sounded as if she was telling us, "you don't take care of us, we're clearing out and leaving you. come on kids, let's get going, they don't deserve us!!" We laughed so hard we had to sit down. It took a lot of special treats to coax that ungrateful cat to bring herself and her kittens back into the house again.
