in rape cases the man is fully responsible or ..........................

I don't believe women are in any way responsible if they get raped. No means no, every time. We are entitled to change our mind and no man should take advantage. I'm sure if you were ever in that type of situation, you would change your opinion pretty quickly!

it is called rape because there is a force done to the woman...if there is a force done, or if the girl is drunk, when something happens,it is still considered a rape...

The man is 99.9% responsable. Women also need to realize when their setting themselves up in these situations and be prepared to defend themselves. Now before anyone berates me for saying that, I'm refering to going into risky situations alone, unprepared, distracted or "timidly". Those factors can cause the women to become targeted. I've never heard of a woman being raped when she was prepared to kick an attackers a$$. Predators look for easy targets, not a fight.
