Last night I had Light Marco Polo Chicken. Which is chicken meat stuffed with Broccoli and cheese. I asm lazy and I took it out the freezer (bought it already prepared), and shoved it in the oven. I ate some artichoke hearts while I waited for it to get done. I opened a nasty can of green beans (all I had), and microwaved a potatoe. The epitome of laziness.

my hubby is sick, but he usually cooks. SO tonight I might make a big pan of lasagna and a salad. Nothing like comfort food when you are sick.

Baked chicken, egg noodles and gravy, and some veggie (Figure that out later) I made a cake yesterday, so that will be for dessert. Tomorrow? Leftovers. :)
