New Super Casino in UK - Let me know your views on gambling!

The government here in the UK have just given the go-ahead for a new super casino in Manchester. What are your views on gambling? Is it just greed that keeps people going back time and time again or do you not care as people can just as easily gamble online nowadays. Personally the only time I gamble is when I buy a lottery ticket and that's about once or twice a year!

I'm not a big fan of gambling, I think in a way it creates problems, but I don't know if I'd ban it or anything.
From what I've heard there were smallers casinos or gaming placesin the UK, this new measurejust established one big central place to have it going on.

Hi Idlewild, yes there are quite a few smaller casinos in the UK anyway, I just wanted to get peoples views on gambling in general! Thanks for you response!

casinos...more people losing their money aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh..i am not a gambler myself so i think for me it would be a no ni..i know they say it creates jobs..but it also wrecks a hell of a lot of lives and families..two sides of a bitter tasting coin..

Absolutely, I think it becomes addictive to people because they lose money they can't afford to, then try and make it up by more gambling in an effort to win the lot back. Unfortunately if everyone won something then these guys would be out of business!
