We are all travellers of this busy world and we never knew how our journey will end. But there is one certain thing we can do to make this journey a meaningful one by giving a seat to someone who was not able to at least experienced a joy ride.
When a health worker approach me to sign in on a specific body organ donation, I don't think twice I signed in and asked her where are the other body parts booth to signed in.
Giving your body organs when you passed away to some hopeful individual who need it the most is like living again on other person body.
The thought of when I die at least there is someone who will live made me really ready to face what another life will be.

I was always scared to sign an organ donor card. Here it is done when you get your health card for medical visits to the doctor and hospital. My husband signed a card but I didn't. I think I was just afraid. I think I will take some courage and when I get my card renewed in June I will sign the donor card.

Absolutely without question. What I worry about though is in Canada we use to have a paper drivers licence and you would check off on the back if you would donate. Made it easy if you were killed in a car accident the paramedics would know. But now our licenses are plastic and there is no where to mark that down so it makes me then wonder if the amount of people willing to donate an organ after they die has gone down. Would really be interesting to know.

I really think coolcatzz the best way is to sign up in a organ donation club or hospitals nearby your place because in our country we do the donation signing in a certain hospitals.
Thanks for dropping a line.

Once again maribel I have to commend you on the quality of your subject matter. If people really read posts, I'm sure you would get a lot more responses for yours. As for being an organ donor, I am registered back in Australia, but it's something I haven't thought about since I've been living in Thailand. However I start donating blood next month, so I'll inquire then.
