showers and baths

I was wondering ,how many people use a wash cloth when they shower or bathe?I have noticed that some people wash with just the bar of soap and others use a wash cloth to wash.Which do you use and why is that your preference?

I just use my hands , I worry too much about who might have used the washcloth before me and what they might have used it for lol , I have quite a bit of laundry to do every day as it is and to change the washcloth every day would just be extra washing and drying , At least I know where MY hands have been lol xx
