I read this information from the email sent to me by my friend. I hope this would give us valuable details about the benefits of the food we eat. 1. It says that eating plenty of fish can prevent headache because of the fish oil. 2. Ginger reduces inflammation and pain. 3. Regular doses of tea prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls. 4. Honey serves as tranquilizer and sedative. 5. Eating onions help ease constriction of brochial tubes. 6. Salmon, tuna, mackerel, and sardines actually prevent arthritis. 7. Banana will settle an upset stomach. 8. Ginger will cure morning sickness and nausea. 9. High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. 10. Manganese found in pineapples prevents bone fractures and osteoporosis. 11. Women can warn off the effects of Premenstrual Syndrome with cornflakes which help reduce depression, anxiety, and fatigue. 12. Oysters help improve mental functioning by supplying much needed zinc. 13. Garlic clear up those stuffy head. It lowers cholesterol too. 14. Papaya is rich in carotene, that is good for the eyes.

Thanks for sharing, I had no idea corn flakes helped with PMS. I guess I should go by some. I'm willing to give it a try. I wonder what's in there?
