MyLot Just Hit 65,000 users

I just wanted to give a shout out to to all the new users and say welcome. Also, congratulations to myLot for having one of the greatest sites on the internet. So, what do you all think about 65,000 users now? Is it going to help build myLot into a stronger community? Will our numbers keep increasing at these rates? What are your thoughts. Positive and negative are welcome.

I think it is great, pat on the back myLot for your great site. It has inceased close to 20,000 more since I joined approx. one month ago. I hope becoming too large will not hurt us. I have heard of other sites being sold and the new owners do not have the same integrity and honesty as the previous owners, that is my only fear.

LOL, whiteheather, you are so funny. I love it! I know, I think myLot and the users are smart enough and solid enough that they are not going to have the problems some of the littler sites that tried to copycat them had. MyLot will survive, and with it we all will thrive! Yeah! Three cheers for mylot. Thanks for your input.

check out the number now. yeks. It will not make us a stronger community as it grows. They will cut our profits more, like they already have done.

Thanks for responding margieanne. I think with the upgrades earnings went back up. I know the rate of growth is astounding. Have you noticed your earnings increasing since the upgrade? Hugs my friend.

This is great achievement. I wish Mylot community to still increase and improve their strength. And let more member go and enjoy this and earn a lot with some fun.

Thank you vekyengineer. It is a great achievement. When I started, I think there were only 28,000 members. That was at the end of October. So since that time our numbers have doubled. This is a great supportive community that will continue to grow if we all help each other. Again, thanks for your input.

That's fantastic...If you don't mind me asking, how did you get 20 referrals? Do you use a certain site? I'd love to build my referral base, but haven't quite gotten to that point yet. Yes, I too feel that it will contribute to the quality and quantity of great discussions to reply to. Happy myLotting. Thanks for the reply.

How many referrals do you have? Just curious...you don't have to tell if you don't want to. I think we will continue to grow too. Let's work together to make myLot strong and the best site around. Thanks for your input.

Yes, I am sure that some of the newcomers will abuse the system with spam, but we will weed them out in no time. I know, I am trying to build my referrals too. So far I have five, but only one that does a little, when she has time. She's very busy. So, I too am looking to recruit(so to speak). Thanks for the response.

This is good that Mylot is becoming popular day by day. We are getting hundreds of new user everyday. But the main thing is there are not much regular or active user. And one most important thing, we need quality user which is very few compare to 65000 users. It will be only good then, when we can she quality posts more than the crap.

I think the more users we have as a whole, the more users will become active. Yes there is still the dilema of weeding out those that don't make quality posts, but I think we (good posters) can out number them. We all need to encourage the new users as to what is acceptable and what isn't, here at myLot. That is how they will learn and adapt to become postive users in the community.

You are right, many users aren't active anymore. That is why it is so great to have some "fresh meat", lol. Hopefully, we can all help them to be and stay active, and help the community grow. Thanks for your input.

I don't know what it will or won't do for the community. I can't really say. I think it will create more diversity for sure, but who knows what will really happen. For all I know it could turn to crap. lol
I doubt it, but I think it's great that this place is growing every day. MyLot's creators must feel like parents.. their baby is growing so fast. lol

That's a good analogy. They really must feel like parents, between the growth, and "new babies", and also the diciplining of the old ones, LOL. It is a great site, and I want nothing but the best for myLot and all of us faithful users. Thanks for your input as well.

I think it is great that myLot hit over 65,000 users!
Although the growing of the community without the upgrade in server I can really tell the difference in the past month or so that I've been on here. As time goes on it seems to get slower and slower loading the pages to respond to and once I choose "post response" that takes so long I usually have 2 windows open within Firefox so I don't get slowed down by it.
