Has anyone been to a Kelly Clarkson concert?

My family and I went to her concert. My husband and I were very excited to see the show with my daughter and son. Our seats were horrible. The accoustics were so bad, you could barely understand what she was saying when she spoke to the audience. Plus she didn't sing a moment like this. The show was an hour. I love Kelly Clarkson but this was not a good concert at all.
