Window Vista tried or not?

Any body here who is using microsoft window vista OS..Well i am giving a try on 'window vista home premium' it has got aero theme with translucant effects and i think its pretty nice as, it contains extra games, mobile and tablet computer support ..etc. Right now i don't find any disadvantages with it BUT i heard people say that this OS security is weak and so easier to hack our computer for hackers.....hhmmm so is it true?

i have used vista permium or something like that at my cousins' house wow!! its amazing and regarding security and all those staff he told me that its not a issue there. His computer is working properly am planning to have one soon but its a bit expensive

I still won't try vista until about a year from now maybe, until I heard the response from peoples that use it, are they satisfied or not. Vista hardware requerment is quite high for me. I don't think it is wise if we just upgrade to vista just for it's "candy appereance" than its perfomance.
Just an IMHO from me.

Windows Vista is more graphical, this being the main difference between it and the previous versions of Windows OS.
However assure that you have a good video card and at least 1Gb of RAM, for Windows Vista to run smothly.
It's still early to post opinions about security but as the people from Microsft are saying, this should be the most secure OS up to date.
