I've just started posting a few topics, and noticed that I made a few typos. Probably I shouldn't worry, but is there a way to edit a post (topic ) that you've made? Also I've noticed that I have had few responses, is ther a tpic that you have forund that people are particulariliy interested in?

That is why they have preview on like everything. So you can check for errors. Even when at the tag screen you can go back to the previous screen and correct. This doesn't always work.

I wish we could but so far no we can't. Once you hit that little submit button that's it, it's up there for good unless it gets eaten on the way. I know there have been a few times I wish I could have gone back and editted either a response or a discussion I've made either due to typos or because my wording was wrong.

Maybe if I'm lucky some of my mistakes WILL get eaten:) If that were only true in the real world as well.

You can edit your typing but only before you subimt it. Once you submit it is our there for all the world to see and that is as good as it gets. Following your response if you hit the "preview response" you get a chance to see what it will look like. If it is not good then you can come back and edit it. But that is it. I would love to see MyLot give us a spell checker. It makes all the differance.

Spell checker makes all the difference in the world! I tried to copy a post into word to edit and then paste and discovered I couldn't because I didn't have the needed 500 posts. Ah Well, I'll just have to be more careful. Thanks

As far as I know you can not go back and edit... I know I have made this mistake many times.. There should be an edit button.. or maybe we should preview response before we post.. good luck :)

I noticed I made two typos in this very topic :) You're right, I need to slow down and preview before I post. Thanks for your response!
