I get depressed after fighting with my hubby and you are right its generally around periode time.I hate it I am so irritable around that time

I am a solar power steam engine. Lack of Sunlight slows down my Train of thought :D ... I have Seasonal Effectivness Disorder. SAD a type of depression.
When I do not get enough sunlight my body does not produce enough Vitamin D, or Seritonin, and Seritonin is needed to help the Nerve signals travel over the synapses right, if not enough seritonin is there the nerve synaspes slow down and misfire and this triggers depression....
So eating turkey (increases seritonin), getting vitamin D, and enough sunlight is very important for my body to function right.
So to sum it up..
As my friends use to say.
"When you don't get enough sunlight you tend to wilt like and plant" and... indeed I do. :).
