Doing the Time for someone else's Crime??

This is really strange and I dont know if its just me or what?? I know someone who is friend with a person who steals there own identity!! WEIRD OR WHAT??... Now this person has known him since he was a child and is now an adult, married, and has three children (Old enough to know better). His "friend" gets pulled over not 1 time not 2 times but 3 times and getin in trouble all 3 times but dont use his real name use's his friends name. The guy did Jail time for what he did and now is living with the family that he used the name of.The Family all knows what he did and is getting in trouble for what he had done!! The man thinks he has to boss around the children like they are his own and run the house. If this was my "friend" he def. wouldnt be staying in my house after causing me over thousands of dollars and court fees and almost the time for his crime!! What do you think of this situation??
