update on i need some advice

i did indeed call the police and they said i have to file in small claims court which to file will cost money which at this time i dont have. i did call her again and didnt yell but she basically told me to sue her and laughed. so the bottom line for now is i am out 75 dollars. i will just have to chalk it up to thats life. but thanks everyone for the kind words

If you sue her I would think she would pay court costs..
I had a lady vandalize my house once when I kicked her out and when I came back to my home it was totally destroyed, so I called the cops and brought all my proof to court and sued her, she had to pay for everything. I didnt pay for nothing at all.. you should sue her for the full 2 days and for late fee's if possible.. you can call a lawyer and get a free consiltation and just try to get all the advice you can..

Time to call Judge Greg Mathias. Or one of those talk shows that help people out. They pay you to appear. Maybe if she really thought you were going to sue her she would pay.

hi godsangel and it's great to here that you got something done about it, i can't believe she said that and laughed, she won't be doing that when she's in court that's for sure, it just shows how ignorant she can be! also i asked a question on your previous post and you never got back to me, when you said the cheque bounced, did you mean you put it through your bank and it came back as fake?

no not fake just insuffient funds. maybe someday she will get hers one can only pray
