Isn't it frustrating that good ideas flourish every time we are on bed and the lights are already turned off? and we really feel so sleepy that we don't wanna get up anymore and hope that we would still remember that idea first thing tomorrow morning? But then when we wake up the idea is also gone! Damn frustrating!!! How many of you have been in the same situation? What do you do when you really can't remember?

people like to meditate before sleeping... it helps us to sleep... at that time when we are totally calm and our brain is not occupied with unnecessary burden, ideas start flowing... but we forget those stuff after we wake up... what a shame...

i can't do anything when i can't remember anything... just that i try to relax and hope that the next day, i will remember them.

This happens to me all the time. Just as I am either falling to sleep or waking up I think of something incredible ... either for a myLot discussion or writing a poem or story. Then when I am fully awake the thought is just gone. It makes me really upset. This has happened to me dozens of times in my life!
