What do you limit your caloric intake to? Why do you do it? Do you find it hard to stick to a certain plan?

I don't believe i is worth it, if you are so determine to loose weigh don't eat so much and for me I cut out the fat and sweet and it helps.

I only count calories when I think I'm not eating enough (like if I'm weight-training/going to the gym a lot and think I might be burning off way more than I take in). So I do count calories, but to maintain my current weight, not to lose weight.

I never do it. I prefer to enjoy the food, even this means some kilos more.

I don't like having to count calories I find it a real pain having to weigh everything. Instead if I want to lose a bit of weight I do more exercise and cut down on the fatty food I eat. I also try to drink more and eat more fruit.

I know that I should eat no more thn 200 calories a day but what I sit and do is while I am eating stuff sit and look at the calorie content and compare it to how many milky way chocolate bars I could have ate. Milky ways are very low in calories for it being chocolate. If something contains alot of calories though it doesn't stop me form eating it. I just kind of go "Oohh 700 calories in this....you wouldn't think it though would you?" Grapes have calories and quite alot considering I eat them by half kilo.
