Hi! Nice Start! Anyway, here's my version of tuna spaghetti: 2 tbsp butter 1 onion, minced 1 red or green bell pepper, minced 1 carrot, chopped 1 can tuna flakes in oil 1 can button mushrooms 3 tbsp cream cheese or grated cheddar 1 tbsp sugar 1 pouch sweet style spaghetti sauce In a pan, heat a little oil then melt the butter. Saute onions, then bell pepper. Add carrots, tuna and mushrooms. Add cheese and stir 'til cheese melts, then add sugar. Pour Spaghetti sauce then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You may add a little milk or water for a thinner sauce. ;)

wow, I haven't read the response before me! haha! Anyway, you may substitute a mixture of 1 can of evaporated milk and 2 tablespoons of flour instead of sweet style spaghetti sauce for tuna carbonara.
