In general, most of us are comfortable with getting a massage, though some woman feel uneasy about entrusting such an intimate treatment to a stranger. "First time spa goers don't have to feel pressured to try anything they're not comfortable with." Once you feel at ease and see the benefits of these treatments, more on to a basic back massage. Eventually you may give in and go for the whole body treatment.

Yes, probably it is true. It can be strange the first time but I am sure that the benefits ot the treatment are so good and at the end you feel so well that you'll come back to the spa soon.

I went to the spa for the first time this morning. What a coicidence that I read your post today! So I guess I was a spa virgin but not anymore. However, it was awkward because when I went, just for a pedicure they asked me to change into a robe and I said "uh why?" and I was the only person wearing street clothes. So hehe next time I go I will have to change. I also had no clue where the bathroom was, and it was kind of awkward because all the spa employees seemed to think that everyone knew where everything was, so they didn't tell me anything.
