Yes when i was young my mother always put me those coconut oil which i hated, but now to think, that it has a lot of benefits.

There's a lot of ways to make/find this. You can drink this as one teaspoon a day like a food supplement,I just dont know if they have a capsule. I only know that it is a form of liquid. You can buy this to the nearest supermarket, named Virgin coconut oil and also if you want it manually. you can buy a coconut which you can also have it grinded. Then may now start to cook; just put the grinded coconut in hot pan and let cooked, it will authomatically release an oil which served as natural oil in it.

it is also a wonderful substitute for butter or margarine for those who want to or need to dairy/glute free
it is also the only oil i'm using on my and my baby's skin
it melts very easily so it's great to use as a salad dressing
