I noticed that every time I have been pregnant (3 times) I have NO symptoms of fibromyalgia ,but it seems like the day after birth I get them back and they are worse then before. Ever since this last baby, 5 months ago, I have been hurting so bad. Every joint hurts. I cannot sit for long periods of time. In the morning you would think I was 90 years old. I cannot hardly stand up and my legs do not want to work. My back gets "stuck" when I bend over and my husband or kids have to help me by rubbing it to make it move. I work on the computer and I have to get up every few minutes and walk around and I have stop typing alot too because my fingers hurt so bad. I wish I was pregnant all of the time so I felt better!! There should be some way that scientist can figure out what it is about pregnancy and fibromyalgia so they can make a pill or something.

Well I had heard of pregnancy helping with other conditions although not with Fibromyalgia till you posted this. I took a quick look on the web and found this article: http://www.articledashboard.com/Article/Pregnancy-and-Fibromyalgia/52582 The testing they did showed it to make it worse but most doctors disagree with the study stating many like you feel better during pregnancy. It does give indications as to what might be helping but I suppose until they can get good studies done they are going to continue to disagree.
