I was insecure when me and my xhusband are still together. He dont know how to appreciate me even in a very simple way! After we separate, i went to gym and give a lot of care for myself. Then every time i look at the mirror, i always tell myself, "What A Beautiful Woman i am!!!And i smile!!!Lol!!Now, my xhusband everytime we see each other, he always appreciates me, ohhh my God, you look like a single woman huh!Bwahahahaha!!!How about you???

They say that is the best thing to do when you are down on your self. I have never did this but I hear it's a great idea.

can i ask why you didn't go to gym when you were with him,you went to gym to tease people,did you?well i never say such thing to myself, my mirror say it to me,and him....he missed it because he lost it,when you got some thing you don't know what a great thing you got,then when you loss it,you know what you lost. why are we really like this?
