Did any of you pre-order the new Everquest expansion, "The Buried Sea"? I have. I did order it the day it became available to pre-order. I'm really hoping that it doesn't suck and that it's worth playing.

I did buy the Buried Sea expansion and I am planning on buying the new one coming up in Nov. Secret of Faydwer. I just started a new EQ Players club over at Yuwie, if you're interested come on over. I sent you a friend request. See ya! :)

I ordered this when it came out. I was worried about the "content of the sea" with pirates and all. Fortunately I enjoyed some of the maps and zones. It really wasn't so bad and even to this day, its a great place to hunt with friends or solo by yourself since it isn't that packed as some zones!

How is the buried sea? I have every expansion except this one. Havnt played in a year, but occasionally think about peeking back in.. Glad to hear your thoughts about it.

I didn't know there was a new expansion. I just got the Rise of Kunark last Christmas and now there is a new expansion? Gosh! Well, I will probably pass this time. There is so much now that I haven't seen or visited yet with my toon. But for you sake, I hope it's good. Let us know when you find out.

Just so you know, Rise of Kunark is for EverQuest 2. I was posting for EverQuest 1. Two completely different games. Do you still play EQ2, by any chance?

I sure do, but I miss EQ1 now. It's been years since I played EQ1. I was a beta tester for that game and I played it for about 4 years. When EQ2 came out I went to that and have been there now for about 7 years. I really like it much more with its housing and decorating and crafting and I am on the RPserver so there are RPing events and players who enjoy it too. I don't see any other game that offers what EQ2 can and is more fun to play. That's just my own opinion.
