i think morning walk is the best thing in the life. if we use to keep the same thing in our life on regualy basis our health is always fit. i suggest to all the group members to keep morning walk as part of your life sachin

Even I go for morning walk on a regular basis. The morning walk is specially useful to keep u fit and healthy and u wll get lot sof oxygena s the air is clear at this time. I amke sure that I do 2 km of walk everyday.

Walking is one means to an end or result, one of many modalites you can use in the morning. Jumping jacks, jump roping, higher intensity cardio, lifting, are some of the different exercise activities for the morning. It's best to develop a nice habit so you don't necessarily have to strain and force yourself in the mornings.

I enjoy walking. It's not hard on the joints and can keep you fit. I don't always have time in the morning but try to walk at some point during the day.

I think your are very much right..Going for a morning walk is really good for our health and it keeps us body fit..And i do it everyday.Its really nice of you that you encourage others to follow it:)But then i dont know how many of them would be able to follow it even though they wish to make it as their routine exercise:(..
