his death is a great loss. I love all his novels that I have read. But then considering he is 89 I guess he has lived a full life. I would miss books from him though.

Sorry if i am rude. I do not like his books except for Windmills of God. You would agree with me that all his books are female centric. There should have been some male domination at least in some of his books. I am sad to tell that he has followed a very good business strategy. Girls are considered feeble and showing them as brave in his books makes him sell his books in thousands because it is different. so sorry again if i have offended you. just think over it.

Yeah he's my favourite author. The first novel I ever read was 'Tell Me Your Dreams' and it was fantastic. The manner of his writing was incredible and the plot which he sets up are truly remarkable. With most of the central character in his novels being a tough female, he has lured readers across the globe and absorbs the reader by his fine narration. Hats off to him.

He is not one of my favorite authors however, I sell books at flea markets and can tell you that he is one of my most popular authors. I have people that come back from one market to the next to see if I have brought new (used but new to my inventory) books of his with me. The literary world has lost a great author.
