Neopets Half Off Sale!

All the regular shops put their items on sale on the third of the month, about the only shop that doesn't have sale items is The Hidden Tower.

You can visit that link every month and get the 2,000 points and one food item for each pet. I didn't know about that until last year some time so I guess they have been doing that for a while.

I knew about the half price day but I keep on forgetting it as well. I used to have this officemate who sits close to my cubile. She always reminds me of half price day since she's hooked to neopets too. But now that Im in a new department, I seem to be forgetting. Thanks for reminding me. A lot of items are really cheap on half price day. I guess I need to set up a calendar reminder on my phone.

I missed most of it this month, when it falls on a weened, there are way too many kids at the site.

Yeah, there are things at the site that I am clueless about but most of the adult players that I know or am friends with are helpful. Since Neopets is on the west coast I have to wait until 3 am to start hitting the sales but between three and five am, it's easy pickings! Since it falls on a Saturday there will be plenty of kids on but that does have it's advantage, the newer ones don't know about the sale and sell the stuff in their shops dirt cheap.

I used to have a site that I went to for the dailies then it started acting funny and the owner had an ego the size of Texas. That's when I bookmarked the sites and shops I wanted it hit. It cuts down on a lot of the lag time when things are loading.
