Best way to whiten teeth?

Twice a day, I swish my teeth with hydrogen peroxide for about 1 minute. Then I brush my teeth as usual. I could not believe the quick results I got! So much whiter! those brown stains will go off in almost one week! Bicarbonate of soda, not bakin soda that is different, brush your teeth, helps to remove calculate too, so then use dental floss, and then use your normal toothpaste, i do it every 15 days. Calcium is a major component of healthy teeth, and once it is lost, your teeth become very susceptible to decay. DO NOT use lemon juice for whitening.If you choose to brush with strawberries, be sure to brush your teeth IMMEDIATELY afterwards with fluoride toothpaste and also FLOSS. The sugar and acid in the strawberry will harm your teeth more than it will help if you don't immediately brush your teeth with regular toothpaste. Also be cautious of brushing too vigorously as the strawberry seeds could damage the gums (or even the teeth).The best home methods are baking soda or hydrogen peroxide. Try to stick with these. Remember that these are not a substitute for brushing with fluoride toothpaste -- you must brush with fluoride toothpaste after ANY whitening method to prevent tooth decay.... all the best

They sell several teeth whitening items in the stores that are almost like a bleaching you would get in a dentists office. I would just consult your dentist before using it so he can tell you if its right for your teeth. Good luck to you.

I have used the Crest White Nights and it works FABULOUSLY!!! I also have a friend who used the Crest Whitening Strips and it worked wonderful as well. I've done it a couple of times and I'm impressed with the results every time. I don't know of any other products that work as well.
