How one can improve communication skill and written skills?

pls advive how i can improve my communication and written english. It would be very useful for othes also.Pls share ur thoughts.

To improve you communication skills, you should socialize more with people, meet new people, watch more TV, participate in parties and activities where there's lot of people. To improve your witten skills, is to read more, just anything and mylot could help alot in writing skills as well.
