Good job, it's hard to get those first few pounds down but now you have, just keep going! Don't forget to change your workout every once in a while to keep your intrest and to keep your body from getting use to it. Good luck!

Congrats. But dont get carried away. I'll tell you some thing happened to me. for a long time my scale didnt move from 60kg. I was so worried and suddenly, I lost 4 kg. I was so happy and excited. And I took a little easy. Then what happened, after one month, I gained 2 kgs! So my advise to you, until you reach your desired weight, dont slow down. Even after reaching the weight, be careful and maintain it. Good luck to you.

Wow that's terrific! What are your dieting tips? You are losing weight at a very healthy pace, 2 pounds a week. That means it is more likely that you will keep the weight off, instead of a crash dieter who loses 5 in a week and then gains 7 back, LOL!

Congratulations! It takes a lot of determination to keep at it and you obviously have it. Now that you've seen results, I'm sure you'll lose more in a shorter span of time. Great job!
