are you keep in fit?

I am trying to I just started a weight loss system called Metabolix Nutrition at work. I am in my second week the first week I lost 6 pounds and between 1/2 inch and 2 inches in different parts of my body. It is a good system, basically dealing with eating healthy, eating within a certain amount of calories porportionate to your weight and exercise. Well - so far so good!!!

I don't do anything for that. That is what is bugging me lately. I used to goto gym, that is also now history now. But the only bright spot is that I am a vegetarian and pretty slim. That might be the reason, I am able to do away with excersises.

I was born slim. I spent most of my childhood playing all kinds of games so even without exercise I am fit. But as I am growing old I will have to take up some exercises I weigh 60 kg. So weight wise I am just underweight. For future I would definitely take up walking as an exercise since I enjoy walking very much. I would stress walking outdoor than walking i some treadmill.
