Hi I would just like to give you a lovely spagetti Marinara to make for your dinner tonight or when you cannot think of something nice to eat.
Ingredients:
500g marinara mix (from deli in supermarket)
400g tin chopped tomatoes
Tomato paste
1/2 cup white wine
Garlic to taste
Chilli to taste
Herbs to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
Method:
Heat olive oil in saucepan. Sauté onion, garlic and chilli in oil. Add marinara mix, sauté for two minutes. Add tinned tomatoes, tomato paste and wine. Bring to boil, and then simmer for five minutes. Cook spaghetti in separate saucepan; drain and put on plates. Pour marinara mix over the top. Garnish with basil and parmesan cheese, serve with crusty bread roll or garlic bread.
