Just Gag Them All We Have a Standing Gag Order Anyway !

What would you do if a nurse gagged your baby to keep it from crying? Seems this is a common practice in some Russian Hospital's. And some day care facilities inject 3 yr. olds with sedatives to keep them quite.. Unbelivable! What if the baby throws up? What then ?
