Can you help me with my blog? How do I setup bidvertiser correctly?

Hi Friends, I am trying to set up my personal blog and adsense has not approved my account. So, I have chose bidvertiser. But I don't think its delivering correct ads. i.e. about earning online. Also, if you notice on the two advertiser banners that I've chosen on my blog, both the banners are delivering same ads. Can anyone help me out who has a blogging experience?
