I lost my home during hurricane katrina. I filed for a SBA homeOWNERS LOAN AND WAS DENIED BECAUSE OF FILING CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPCY. SBA TOLD ME I NEEDED A LETTER FROM THE BANKRUPCY JUDGE AND A LETTER OF RECONSIDERATION TO REAPPLY. i RECEIVED THE APPROVAL LETTER FROM JUDGE. I HELP IN WRITING THE RECONSIDERATION LETTER.

Write a letter requesting reconsideration. Provide detailed information and documentation that either disputes or explains the items listed in the adverse action letter.Try writing about your situation and then ask them to reconsider the decision !
