Do you believe in life after death???

I am not talking about the BOO Casper type ghosts and demons. I mean, do you believe there are disembodied spirits around? Do you believe that a loved one can come to you in dreams or actually hang around you and watch what you do? Do you believe that spirits are sometimes attached to things in the this life or objects in this life and can't or won't move on? I do. I believe in ghosts and spirits. I believe in hauntings and psychics. The problem is that there are so many people out there who try to pass themselves off as true psychics and they aren't. These are the ones you hear about. It is hard to know who to trust. My grandma came to me several times in a dream in the form of an Orca whale. This is why I have an Orca tattooed on my chest...for my grandma. She came to me in my dreams and helped me thru some marital problems I was having. It was her...her voice, her mannerisms, everything. I also feel as if I can "FEEL" my uncle sometimes. It's just feeling I get that he is there watching over me. Like he is trying to convey something to me. These are just a couple of my experiences. Do you have any experiences? I would love to talk to people who have had some experiences.
