When will My Dream come True?

I am yogesh.k from india. I am working as assistant film director in tamil movies,india. I have 3 years experience in this field. And I'm also Msc computer science graduate. I can make a film. But now a days, In my field, the son of directors, heros, high technicians and rich people only can shine in this field. Even though I have well knowledge about film, I cant make it. But, I have a will power, one day i reach my goal. What can I do? Anybody have a idea to produce films. or anybody know any producers? plz help me...
