I play pirated games because the original ones may be not worth money and efforts sometimes, but there are rarely worth games sometimes that i would be ready to invest money in - a masterpiece games. Also we should not forget about developer's efforts and hard work. They should be credited as well. Maybe the reason i don't buy original games is that i am not so rich in order to dare myself to buy it.But now we have latest games which have multiplayer mode and cannot work without authentic CD-KEY which is very sad if you want to play namely in multiplayer mode. Actually its more fun to play with real people than with computer itself. You can also chat with people while playing game and even speak online. My conclusion is that i would surely buy original games that were worth it,but only if i had another finance to spend.

If I play a pirated game enough I will usually end up buying it. I guess "piracy" for me is just a test period to see if I like something. I'm not going to spend a ton of money (relatively) on something that I will end up hating or just plain doesn't work on my PC. For instance I recently purchased Battlefield 2142 without downloading it first. Huge mistake. It doesn't work on my computer at all and now I'm stuck with a $50 coaster.

I am not against piracty because if every software or every game becomes on price, who will play then ? Its not likely but it should not be stopped, although many cournties impose laws for it

I think it's pathetic how the entertainment industry has come out against piracy so hard. Some things are understandable, and copyrights need to be enforced, but some of it is nothing more than greed. That said, playing pirated games, watching bootleg or pirated movies or listening to copied or pirated music is S T E A L I N G!!!

Yes, I play pirated copies of games because I think they're too expensive to buy originals and as long as I don't make a profit with them, that is selling them, I think it's no crime, so it's ok for me.
