Teaching and testing go together. Evaluation reflects the teaching and learning process. Like teaching, evaluation should be done carefully. It should be valid, reliable and effective. If the evaluation is not effective , the result does not show the weaknesses and strengths of teaching and learning. Testing skills(listening,speaking,reading and writing) is more important than testing language (grammer,vocabulary,spelling etc.)
