What's your age?
Do you feel older than your age or younger than your age?
I know people who feel younger than their age and I think that's good, and there are also people that are still young in terms of years but they feel like they're so tired and old.
So what do you think? Do you feel like you're in the right body? Mentally, emotionally and physically?

I'm very young in terms of years..but I know mentally and emotionally I'm older than I look. It actually really sucks most of the time lol.
I've always felt comfortable in my body, though sometimes aggravated a its limitations..but that's about it.

it all depends upon the diet and the upbringing.
it also depends upon the happiness and peace one has in his life.
if one is not happy then he may look weird and will look older than his age.
if one is more in merry mood then he/she will look like a child(young). this depends upon many things.
so i think that i look younger than my age.

I feel older than my age. I want to reduce my weight. So I want to do some exercise to keep me fresh and young. Give me valuable tips to reduce the weight.

i look younger than my age??
i am an engineering student...but the problem is i dont look like one...all of my friends say that i look like a kid to them...at the same time i admire people who look fat & strong...i can't believe they are all students...i consider them as father of few children...
