Why many of the users start a discussion without their own view on the topic?

A discussion should include the once own view on the topic. I feel it just like a polic enquiry, Whenever somebody starts with, "What's your wife's name?" "What's your favorite color?" "What's the size of your stomach?" These kind of discussions are meaning less, Please don't add anything like this. Or do you have to say you like it just this way.

The kinds of discussions you mention are what I call "garbage posts." They add nothing to the site and are probably only added because some deluded member thinks they are an easy way to get fast money. What they don't realize is these types of questions seeking one or two word answers violate the guidelines of the site. Many responsible members will report them leading to mylot deleting the discussion and the points awarded to the poster and anyone responding. Thanks for bringing up this subject.

Thanks a lot. You atleast noted this. Don't you think an automatic deletion to discussions less than ten words is possible? Don't you expect an opinion of the user who starts the discussion?

Yeh! I agree with you. I am getting bored as well as sick, from these type of discussions. I am also a newbie but somehow I never started any discussion like this.
