What do you think of schools that make the students wear uniforms?

I think it's just another way to indoctrinate children to lose their individuality. I know all the arguments for it and how kids who have more are cruel, blah blah blah but making them all wear uniforms doesn't prevent kids from being cruel. It's not about clothes, although they may use that at times. People need to start looking at underlying issues and stop treating symptoms which cause more problems than they solve. Schools already tend to train kids into a herd mentality. Uniforms exacerbate that.
