i have got ares an limewire an ares is definetly the best because somtimes on limewire u get viruses an on ares u never get them

i use bitcomet to download .... i think it gives a descent speed and its interface is pretty good and it is also very reliable...

I'd have to say BitTorrent. It's just served me much better then all of the other P2P networks I've tried. Although I will say that I like eMule and SoulSeek quite a bit, too. What I really like about BitTorrent are the private sites, which are 'heavily' moderated. Which keeps quality high, and junk/virses out. Which is always a plus.
