My TOP THREE Bloc Party songs are:
1. So here we are.
2. Blue Light.
3. This Modern Love.
The songs have got soul, y'know.
You know the feeling that whenever you hear a certain song, and focus on a certain melody, it touches the inner recesses of your being and brings you pondering and reminiscing?
It reminds you of a certain person, or a certain event, each time you hear that melody. It's like the rhythm talks to your soul.
I get those from listening to these Bloc Party songs (and other wonderful ones, too.)
It's something indescribable. But I do hope you get the idea.

My favourite song is This Modern Love. I think. Bloc Party's one of my favourite bands so I love every single one of their songs. Their new album is ace too, despite what critics may say. If you're expecting Silent Alarm, then you will be disappointed, if you're looking for a new direction that is better than anything else out at the moment, than get A Weekend In The City.
Has anybody seen the new video for I Still Remember?

I just have downloaded a song from Bloc Party's latest album called "A week in the city". The song is "I still remember" and i just have to say how beautiful the song was for me! The lyrics speak about regret and love and being nostalgic! Makes my heart sigh! ;) Wow. Bloc Party is such an amazing band!
